AERO Site Gateway — Monitoring Hardware

The box that puts your compressor room on your phone.

One gateway connects your whole site — every compressor and dryer — to the AERO app. It watches your machines around the clock, runs your start/stop schedule even if the internet goes down, and keeps recording through power cuts and outages.

In the box:

• AERO gateway in a sealed industrial wall-mount enclosure (IP67, dust-proof — built for compressor rooms)
• DIN-rail power supply, pre-wired — one 120 V feed is all it needs
• Communication cable kit for connecting your machines

Setup is the easy part. Once mounted and powered, everything happens on your phone: the app finds the gateway, joins it to your WiFi, and walks you through creating your account — about five minutes, no computer, no configuration. Mounting and machine wiring is straightforward work for your electrician or maintenance tech, and full instructions are included.

Requirements: wall space near your machines, a 120 V feed, and your shop's WiFi. No WiFi at your shop? A cellular option is available — contact us.
