Component 01

Oil-Cooled Motor & Cooling Design

The permanent-magnet motor is oil-cooled with an IP65 protection rating — no cooling fan, no bearing mechanical loss, low vibration. Removing the cooling fan eliminates fan power draw entirely and keeps the cabinet quiet under continuous load.

Component 02

Permanent Magnet Motor — Never Demagnetizes

Built with UH-grade Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet material rated to 180°C, the motor holds its magnetism and efficiency for the life of the machine — it never demagnetizes. The oil-cooled PM design runs 3–10% more efficient than an equivalent-capacity asynchronous motor.

Component 03

Zero-Loss Direct Drive

The main air end and the motor share a single shaft. There is no center bracket, coupling, belt, pulley, or gear between them — so transmission loss is reduced to zero and transmission efficiency reaches 100%. Fewer parts also means fewer wear points and less scheduled service.

Component 04

V-Profile Rotary Screw Air End

The rotor profile was developed in partnership with City University of London. Its high volumetric efficiency, well-positioned rotor contact points, and small exhaust-side leakage triangle make it one of the highest energy-efficiency profiles available — single-stage compression that meets or exceeds first-level energy-efficiency ratings across the product line.

Intelligent Control & Quiet Operation

An INOVANCE variable-frequency inverter keeps operation stable across the full speed range. The color touchscreen controller provides active protection, alarms, and maintenance reminders, and runs the system automatically 24 hours a day. Full-load noise stays in the 68–74 dB range.
