What a VSD all-in-one system is

A variable speed rotary screw air compressor changes motor speed to match the air your shop is actually using, instead of running flat out and cycling off. Every AERO All-in-One puts that VSD compressor, a refrigerated air dryer, filtration and an ASME air receiver on one frame: one power feed, one air line, dry air at up to 145 PSI. Buying a VSD air compressor this way means the dryer and tank are already matched to it.

New auto body and repair shops, tire service, woodworking, fabrication and light manufacturing. If you are replacing a piston compressor and a mismatched dryer and tank, or opening a new bay, this collection handles the whole air system in one purchase.

How to choose between the models

Size on CFM at the pressure you run, not on horsepower alone. All five reach 145 PSI; the CFM figures below are at 100 PSI.

• VSD10: 10 HP, 38 CFM, 132-gallon tank, 220V 3-phase, 32 A. One or two techs on air tools, sanding, tire work. From $9,850.
• VSD15: 15 HP, 60 CFM, 145-gallon tank, 220V 3-phase, 46 A. A small body shop or several bays sharing air. From $11,500.
• VSD20: 20 HP, 80 CFM, 145-gallon tank, 220V 3-phase, 62 A. Our best seller for full body shops and fab work. From $12,750. The same package in 460V draws 32 A, from $12,450.
• VSD30: 30 HP, 124 CFM, 158-gallon tank, 220V 3-phase, 87 A. Multiple spray and sanding users, CNC, small production. From $16,950.
