The customer is responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for the intended use, facility, installation location, electrical system, environment, and local requirements.

2. Professional Installation Required

Industrial air compressors, air dryers, tanks, and related equipment must be installed by qualified professionals. Electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician or qualified electrical professional.

3. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before purchasing, the customer is responsible for verifying all product and installation requirements, including:

• Voltage
• Phase
• Horsepower
• Full-load amperage
• Starting current, where applicable
• Breaker size
• Wire size
• Disconnect requirements
• Grounding requirements
• Electrical panel capacity
• CFM requirement
• Pressure requirement
• Tank capacity
• Dryer capacity
• Dimensions
• Weight
• Clearance requirements
• Ventilation requirements
• Ambient temperature limits
• Air piping requirements
• Drainage and condensate handling

Failure to verify these requirements before purchase is not grounds for automatic return, refund, cancellation, warranty approval, or reimbursement.

4. Electrical Requirements

The customer and installer must verify the correct electrical supply before installation and startup.

5. No Electrical Design Service

AERO Pressure Systems may provide general electrical information, nameplate data, wiring diagrams, product specifications, or installation guidance.

This information is for general product support only. AERO Pressure Systems does not provide electrical engineering, electrical design, code approval, permit approval, inspection approval, or professional installation services unless expressly agreed in writing.

The customer must consult a licensed electrician, engineer, inspector, or qualified professional for final electrical design, installation, and code compliance.

6. Licensed Electrician Requirement

All electrical installation, wiring, modification, connection, disconnection, troubleshooting, and repair must be performed by a licensed electrician or qualified electrical professional.

• Connecting power to the compressor
• Connecting power to the air dryer
• Adding disconnects
• Installing breakers
• Sizing wire
• Installing conduit
• Grounding
• Connecting control wiring
• Modifying electrical panels
• Replacing electrical components
• Diagnosing electrical faults

AERO Pressure Systems is not responsible for damage, injury, code violations, failed inspections, or warranty denial caused by unqualified electrical work.

7. UL / ETL / CSA Disclaimer

A product may contain individual components with markings, ratings, certifications, or approvals, but that does not mean the complete machine or complete assembly is listed, certified, approved, or accepted for every jurisdiction.

The customer is responsible for confirming approval requirements with the local inspector, electrician, engineer, insurance provider, facility owner, and authority having jurisdiction before purchase and installation.

AERO Pressure Systems is not responsible for losses, costs, failed inspections, code issues, permitting issues, installation rejection, insurance issues, return requests, refund requests, or delays caused by the customer’s failure to verify approval requirements before purchase.

8. ASME Disclaimer

Some products may include ASME-rated tanks or pressure vessels. ASME-related documentation, where applicable, applies to the tank or pressure vessel only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

ASME tank status does not mean that the complete compressor package is:

• UL listed
• ETL listed
• CSA listed
• Electrically approved
• Code-approved
• Approved for every jurisdiction
• Approved for every building
• Approved by every inspector
• Approved by every insurance provider

The customer is responsible for confirming whether ASME tank documentation, registration, inspection, permitting, or other pressure vessel requirements apply in the installation location.

9. Local Code and Authority Having Jurisdiction

Code requirements vary by state, county, city, building, shop, application, insurance provider, and authority having jurisdiction.

AERO Pressure Systems does not guarantee that any product will pass local inspection, satisfy local code requirements, or be accepted by any authority having jurisdiction unless expressly stated in writing.

10. Installation Location Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable installation location.

• Adequate load capacity
• Sufficient ventilation
• Sufficient clearance for service
• Adequate cooling air
• Protection from water intrusion
• Protection from dust and debris
• Protection from corrosive substances
• Proper drainage
• Proper condensate handling
• Safe electrical access
• Safe maintenance access
• Protection from freezing conditions
• Ambient temperature within product specifications

Installation in an unsuitable environment may cause equipment failure and may void warranty coverage.

11. Ventilation and Ambient Temperature

Compressors and dryers generate heat and require proper ventilation.

• Adequate fresh air intake
• Adequate hot air exhaust
• Sufficient clearance around the machine
• Ambient temperature within operating limits
• Clean cooling air
• Proper ducting or ventilation where needed
• Protection from excessive dust, fumes, moisture, and heat

Poor ventilation or excessive ambient temperature can cause overheating, shutdowns, reduced performance, component damage, oil degradation, and warranty denial.

12. Air Piping and Pressure System

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all air piping, valves, hoses, fittings, regulators, drains, tanks, and downstream equipment are properly selected, installed, rated, and maintained.

• Vibration
• Moisture
• Condensate
• Oil carryover
• Pressure relief requirements
• Applicable codes and safety requirements

Do not use underrated, damaged, unapproved, or improperly installed piping or fittings. Improper air system installation may cause leaks, pressure loss, equipment damage, unsafe operation, injury, or property damage.

13. Pressure Relief and Safety Devices

Do not remove, bypass, modify, disable, plug, or tamper with pressure relief valves, safety valves, guards, sensors, interlocks, switches, control settings, or safety devices.

Unauthorized modification or bypassing of safety devices may void warranty coverage and may create serious safety hazards.

14. Air Dryer and Condensate Handling

Where applicable, air dryers and condensate systems must be installed, connected, drained, and maintained correctly.

• Correct wiring
• Correct grounding
• Correct breaker and disconnect
• Correct oil level
• Correct oil type
• Correct air piping
• Correct dryer connection, if applicable
• Correct drain connection
• Correct ventilation
• No loose fittings
• No oil leaks
• No air leaks
• No abnormal noise
• No abnormal vibration
• Correct pressure settings
• Manual has been reviewed
• Safety warnings have been reviewed

16. Operation Requirements

The customer is responsible for operating the product according to the manual and product specifications.

The customer must not operate equipment:

• Outside pressure limits
• Outside temperature limits
• With incorrect voltage
• With incorrect phase
• With low oil level
• With dirty filters
• With blocked ventilation
• With covers or guards removed
• With damaged wiring
• With leaking air or oil
• With abnormal noise or vibration
• With repeated fault codes
• After signs of overheating
• After signs of unsafe operation

Continued operation after signs of failure may cause additional damage and may void warranty coverage.

17. Maintenance Requirements

The customer is responsible for regular maintenance according to the product manual and maintenance schedule.

• Oil changes
• Oil filter replacement
• Air intake filter replacement
• Oil separator replacement
• Cooler cleaning
• Drain inspection
• Dryer maintenance
• Leak inspection
• Electrical inspection by qualified personnel
• Safety valve inspection
• General cleaning
• Runtime tracking

Maintenance records may be required for warranty approval. Failure to maintain the equipment properly may void warranty coverage.

18. Modifications and Unauthorized Repairs

Do not modify, rewire, bypass, repair, or alter equipment unless approved in writing by AERO Pressure Systems and performed by qualified personnel.

• Pressure setting changes
• Safety valve changes
• Tank modification
• Dryer modification

Unauthorized modification may void warranty coverage, create safety hazards, cause code violations, and make the product ineligible for return.

Inspection failure or code rejection does not automatically qualify the customer for return, refund, cancellation, warranty approval, or reimbursement.

Customers must read and follow all available product documentation, including:

• Product manual
• Wiring diagram
• Nameplate
• Warning labels
• Maintenance schedule
• Startup instructions
• Safety instructions
• Product page specifications
• Quote or invoice notes
• Warranty Policy
• Shipping Policy
• Return & Refund Policy
• Terms of Service

If documentation is missing, unclear, or inconsistent, the customer must contact AERO Pressure Systems before installation, startup, or operation.

21. No Guarantee of Suitability

AERO Pressure Systems may provide product recommendations, sizing guidance, technical information, or installation suggestions.

The customer remains responsible for confirming that the product is suitable for the intended use and installation location.

No recommendation, quote, product page, email, phone call, or technical communication guarantees product suitability, code compliance, inspection approval, insurance acceptance, or performance in every application unless expressly stated in writing.

22. Warranty Impact

Failure to follow this Disclaimer, product documentation, installation requirements, maintenance requirements, electrical requirements, local code requirements, or safety instructions may void warranty coverage.

The customer is responsible for costs associated with installation, code compliance, permitting, inspection, electrical work, piping, service, maintenance, and facility readiness unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

24. Stop Use Notice

The customer must stop using the product immediately if there are signs of unsafe operation, including:

• Smoke
• Burning smell
• Electrical fault
• Oil leak
• Air leak
• Unusual vibration
• Abnormal noise
• Overheating
• Repeated fault codes
• Pressure irregularity
• Damaged wiring
• Damaged tank
• Damaged pressure component
• Damaged safety device

Continued use after signs of unsafe operation may cause injury, property damage, equipment damage, and warranty denial.
