Industrial Refrigerated Air Dryers for Compressors
Refrigerated air dryers sized for 7.5 to 75 HP compressors: 42 to 370 CFM, 36-50°F dew point, 220V single-phase. In-stock dryers ship in 2 business days.
Industrial Refrigerated Air Dryers for Compressors
What a refrigerated air dryer does An industrial refrigerated air dryer cools compressed air so the water vapor in it condenses and drains out before the air reaches your lines. Without one, that water ends up in the hose, the tool and the paint. AERO dryers hold a 36 to 50°F pressure dew point, drain condensate automatically and carry antifreeze protection for the refrigeration circuit. All five run on 220V single-phase power, so the dryer does not need a 3-phase feed even when the compressor does. Who it is for Body shops and paint booths, where water in the line ruins paint. Repair shops, tire service and woodworking, where it corrodes tools and overloads filters. CNC, fabrication and light manufacturing, where it causes inconsistent machine performance. These dryers are for stand-alone compressors: every AERO All-in-One system already includes a refrigerated dryer on the frame. How to choose Each dryer is matched to a compressor horsepower range, named in its title. Pick the one whose range includes your compressor; inlet air temperature and ambient temperature also affect drying. 42 CFM dryer: for 7.5 to 10 HP compressors, G3/4" outlet. Quoted per shop. 84 CFM dryer: for 15 to 20 HP compressors, G1" outlet. $2,875. 127 CFM dryer: for 25 to 30 HP compressors, G1" outlet. $2,950. 230 CFM dryer: for 40 to 50 HP compressors, G1-1/2" outlet. $3,975. 370 CFM dryer: for 75 HP compressors, G2" outlet.
