Returns and Refunds
Return and refund eligibility is governed by the Return & Refund Policy posted on this website. Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and require written authorization from AERO Pressure Systems.
- Unused, untouched, complete, undamaged products in original packaging may qualify for a 100% product refund after inspection and approval.
- Approved used returns may qualify for a 35% product refund after inspection and approval.
- Original shipping, freight, handling, service, installation, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law or approved in writing.
- Products returned without authorization may be refused, returned to the customer, or held at the customer’s expense.
Warranty Notice
Eligible AERO Pressure Systems products may be covered by a limited 1-year machine warranty and a limited 2-year airend warranty, subject to the Warranty Policy and any product-specific warranty documentation.
- Warranty registration is required after purchase.
- Warranty coverage is not automatic.
- All warranty claims require review, diagnosis, inspection, and approval.
- Warranty may be denied for misuse, improper installation, incorrect electrical connection, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modification, freight damage, normal wear, consumables, or operation outside product specifications.
UL, ETL, CSA, and ASME Notice
Some products may include ASME-rated tanks or components, but ASME status does not mean the complete compressor package is UL listed, ETL listed, CSA listed, electrically approved, code-approved, or approved for every jurisdiction.
The customer is responsible for confirming approval requirements with the local inspector, electrician, engineer, insurance provider, facility owner, and authority having jurisdiction before purchase and installation.
